Qualifying for RM opportunities requires registering with the Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) as a Sourcing Bidder. This session will provide hands on training for interested firms as they actually complete this required registration.

GDOT SSFP Business Help Center- Understanding the Routine Maintenance Application

Eligibility for RM opportunities begins with an approved application. This session will walk interested firms through the RM application and corresponding instruction manual, for both the standard and expedited RM application processes. The RM application submission & review schedule, FAQs and best practices will be covered as well.

GDOT SSFP Business Help Center- Responding to Routine Maintenance Invitations to Bid

All approved Routine Maintenance contractors will receive invitations to bid (ITB) when contracting opportunities arise in their approved service area and District. This session will walk RM contractors through an actual ITB and review the standard requirements to respond. The instructor will show participants how to review ITB results.
